🚨 Travel & Scheduling Specialist - Dubai Based ✈️🇦🇪

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Travel & Scheduling Specialist to join a dynamic Operations Control Center (OCC) based in Dubai.

This role is focused on crew scheduling, crew logistics, travel coordination, and ensuring compliance with crew duty and rest requirements while supporting worldwide flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage crew scheduling activities within the Leon scheduling system

✅ Coordinate crew positioning, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and ground transportation

✅ Ensure crew members remain legally compliant, qualified, and current for assigned duties

✅ Monitor flight duty time limitations and crew rest requirements

✅ Coordinate crew changes and travel arrangements during operational disruptions

✅ Liaise with travel agents, visa providers, consulates, and internal stakeholders

✅ Verify passport validity, visa requirements, and international travel compliance

✅ Support travel arrangements for both crew members and company personnel

Requirements

✔️ Currently residing in Dubai

✔️ Valid UAE Residence Permit

✔️ Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Airline Crew Scheduling
• Business Aviation Crew Coordination
• OCC Crew Control
• Corporate Travel Logistics

✔️ Good understanding of:
• Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL)
• Crew Legality Requirements
• Crew Positioning Operations
• International Crew Logistics

✔️ Previous experience with Leon Scheduling Software is a strong advantage

✔️ Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
